Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message
i went to read my mails earlier, through the web browser as i'm at work (and its easier to delete the exchange-spam there)
i was told the mail server was down
on the in-game mail note, when mine have timed out it gives me an option saying "ok" and it takes me back to the message, i just need to attach items agaiin. clicking any other option than "ok" tends to bounce you back to the normal interface and you loose the message.
