Oki...this is the deal.
According to the info, I was going to get 500 CP and 5 costume parts.

I havent gotten 500 CP and 3 costume parts is still missing.
Iam pretty sure that one of the missing costume parts is the skirt.

Now...people talk like the skirt have been fixed, and that kinda, mildly, **** me off.

How come it work for some and fail for some?
Ive sent ticket and ive lurked the forum.

Whats the problem?
What should I do?

I mean...it work for some, so some parts work but arent available to me.

You should definitely have gotten the DS9 uniform. If you preordered it looks like you get some other stuff too, they leave it kind of unspecific (which is a little convenient I think...).

The skirt is part of the TOS uniform set , and I believe that's the only way you can get it.

Yes, I have the UK stuff.
I must mourn that I will never be able to wear a skirt...

...But there are still stuff missing! T_T

These are probably stupid questions, but just to cover the bases...

And after that, you've visited the C-Store in-game and looked under the "specials" tab (I'm not sure what it's called exactly, but something like that)?

Assuming you've done those things and have had no luck...I'm not sure what to tell you, other than that I'm sure everything will get straightened out in time. Possibly a LONG time though, as I'm sure the devs have been swamped with thousands of tickets over the last couple of weeks.
