I'm over at the Cardassian tailor in Spacedock, looking to create an additional uniform, but of the four buttons (Create, Modify, Rename, Wear), Create and Wear are greyed out an unaccessible... Not certain why...
Is there a minimum amount of merit required to be able to create additional uniforms for your characters?
If you've only got one uniform avaliable to you, you can't really select another one to wear.
As for create - I know you get an additional uniform slot at LtC (used it to create my Class-A uniform), so it may end up giving you additional slots as you go up in rank.
