UPDATE!We're aware of a Skill Points issue that some Romulan Liberated Borg captains may be experiencing, as well as players not being able to delete mail, and are working towards a resolution.

Well, I think Cryptic's provider or something messed up. Last night, STO went down, as well as the CO website, and Cryptic's own website. Copy paste messages to all of them for the win.
It's funny, everytime they screw stuff like this up, they at least have the decency to do the same thing in all the various languages that they post announcements in.. hehe
We will be performing an update to the Star Trek Online Website and Launcher at 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. PST (GMT-8) this afternoon. During this time, players may experience difficulties logging in to Champions Online. Players currently in-game will not be affected by this maintenance. Thank you, The Champions Online Team
A BIG "thank you" to Cryptic. (This isn't sarcasm; I'm being genuine.) It's obvious you're reading these forums and seeing how the members want more frequent, current updates. Thank you!
Hopefully someone can work to bolster the Support staff, too. it's frustrating to have paid for the game, but be unable to get decent support (or any support -- I have outstanding tickets in the queue from a month ago).
