***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

All of the Mk VIII shield rewards on the exploration vendor require 3rd Order and not 4th Order badges (like all the other VIII ship gear).

yeah noticed that problem today, too.
was really disappointed as i cant buy my new shield .

How has this NOT been fixed yet???? This seems like a pretty glaring and easy to fix bug. What's more, it looks like it's been this way since launch. Here's a thread from Feb 5th:
