So I Promoted my officers the other day, the server was lagging like mad(Nothing new here), I thought nothing of it. I log on this morning goto the BO skills trainer to adjust some BO skills and I find my Science Officer has access to the 3rd Tier of Skills, Lt Commander.

Now that may not be odd in its self, but, my Cpt himself is only a Lt Commander, Grade 7.
I am guessing while I was Madly pressing the Promote button during the "Lag" that it has recorded and allowed a double promotion.

The same thing happened to me! On top of that, I could not spend anymore skill points on them. I would just get an error message. So I just discharged them and started over. Good way to lose your merits!
