I've filed a modest number of bug reports over the past few weeks. Many of them get a vague form response (which, incidentally, is mostly pointless and hard to read in the tiny 4-line UI window), are marked as 'Processed', and occasionally get fixed.

However, some of them just sit as 'New' with no reaction. I know there's a backlog, but I'd expect them to be dealt with in order. My oldest bug report in this state is from February 1st, and I've had a fair number of bugs get handled since then. To give some examples, #580441 and #654887 are both outstanding, while #675717 has been processed.

So, what's happening there? Bug reports got lost, problem in the ticket tracking system, CS guy forgot to mark the ticket as processed, something else?
