A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Just bought one rank in 'Starship Shield Maintainance' , noticed it did nothing to the cool-down , duration or any affect to 'Emergency Power to Shields' ( as it states it should affect ). I cant find threads on what skills work or dont and now i'm too scared to "waste" points on non working(bugged) skills.
Anyone else know of what skills to avoid ?
Or direct me to a post on this info.

Open your powers panel while in space. Click on the skill and see what skills affect that BO power. It will say the skill information at the top of the info panel.
