I just got the game today, and when I tried to log in I am prompted to give my credit card info. I did so, but it keeps saying my card is declined. I have called the bank and they assure me the money is there, I even use the card for other purchases online, but this site seems to be having a problem with it. Can anyone give me some tips?
I have sent in an official request, but still not luck yet. Was hoping someone here would have had the same problem and already solved it. I'm eager to get out there and captain my ship! Do I get to pick the name of the ship? lol
