Ok. First, take a deep breath.

....

Ok. there are a couple of possibilities from what you have said right off the bat. 1 is that your video driver is out of date. What kind of video card do you have? 2 is that your video card is too old.

What kind of Video Card do you have?

I think the message was detailed enough.

You need to get a better video card. If you don't know what it is then get someone that knows computers, since you're 13 I'd start at your parents to solve the issue, but people here can't help.

Click on your start button.

Click on the Run option (it just says, "Run...")

type dxdiag and hit return.

Go to the Display tab.

Tell me what it says in the device box.

Well, it helps in that I know what's wrong.

You have a generic video card that is not supported by this game.

I know it sucks, but you need a better video card to play.

Anyone chime in if I'm wrong...

it's the dreaded integrated intel **** graphics, popular in low-end PCs and laptops. this is not an actual card, but part of teh chipset that is soldered onto your motherboard. if you have a laptop then you simply cannot play as that is not upgardeable, and if you have a desktop you have to open the case and check whether there is a slot for a graphics card. if there is, you can buy and install one (about $100 will get you something worthwhile), but if there isn't then you would have to replace the entire motherboard to install a card.

sorry.

Nope, that sounds about right. By the looks of it, that's an integrated graphics device on an Intel motherboard. Definitely not suitable for playing graphically-intense games. Sorry!

The good news is, you can get a relatively decent video card for under $100!

EDIT: Assuming your computer supports the addition of such a card, as the person above me explained.
