I do not believe that I felt so strongly about a Star Trek video, forgetting the last few moments of it, since watching Voyager emerge from the Borg sphere amongst a fleet of Starfleet vessels less than one light year from Earth.

I am in agreement with the opinion expressed here regarding the most recent Star Trek film. I make no apologies for that.

No no no, the entire point here is about the JJ Abrams vision of an established intellectual property he had never really been a fan of to begin with, and then what some have called his "butchery" of it. As an example I present yet one more small clip for your consideration:
