***Resolved Issues***
"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
If you get stuck at the loading screen, try starting in “safe mode” from the login options, or try lowering your graphics slider all the way to the left.
You can put your graphics back where you want them, after loading in.
