Front. Bioneural warhead, tricobalt torpedo, quantum torpedo, quad cannon
Rear is a usually turrets. The above slots I randomize the load out a lot with diferent torps. Sometimes ill throw plasma or transphasic cluster. I keep a good inventory of different weapons

A turret in the front? really? We are talking about the BoP here it has an almost OP turn rate why would you waste a fore weapon slot like that?

Anyway try this:
Front: 4x DHCs
Rear: 2x Turrets

Use two copies of RF an attack pattern and a tac team... save the rest of the slots for heals and such.

Classic approach to the T4 Hegh'ta or T5 B'rel-R,

(2) DHCs
(1) torp
(1) DBB

Use BO3 + DBB for the spike to shields (with full Tac buffs)
The DHCs keep constant pressure when boosted by CRF
and the Torpedo for the killing blow.

I'm usually going with

1 dual heavy cannon (dis)

2 dual cannons (dis)

1 Quantum torpedo

2 turrets in the back.

I see no point in a dual beam bank, just lowers the damage of my rapid fire III and the debuffs from ATP Beta.

okay, i try to respond fo realsies this time.

in all actuality escorts are kinda the money right now if you can handle the fast paced gameplay. and the diversity in the BOP is outstanding. i am experimenting with the ....4?....P2W consoles you can put on the BOP and lets just say...well....she's a monster. jump, warp poo, that other thing that drains engine power....i put a ltcm sci on that ship.... and laugh at the options to give the most agile ship in the game the most crowd control and almost the biggest punch with a lone cmdr tac.

laughable.

1 dbb
1 quant

2 turrets

beam overload3, crf, omega....run a PSW and a tractor beam.
use the lolconsoles.

couple o copies of epts....run it through your head people. now dont go and get yourself fired upon by more than 2 people. you still go bye bye really quick.
