# 1 One Ship vs One Ship PVP?

One thing missing from STO which happened alot in Star Trek movies/episodes
One ship versus One ship battles.
Alot of the tv series/movies involved single ships dueling to the bitter end.
I'd like to see it in STO.
Add the ability to challenge enemy Player ships within a certain lvl.
If they agree, both players enter an instance and battle it out.
First ship destroyed loses.

For players who don't want PVP challenges you could include the ability to flag no pvp challenges.

It would certain make traveling in Sector space more interesting.

I'd like all these encounters to occur on Sector space.

I had another idea.
What if..........the two combatants had the ability to set their own Risk.
Something to win and something to lose.
This could range from equipment, credits and even...... the option to include the death of a Bridge Officer if you lose.
People have complained about the lack of risk in the game.
Let the players set there own risk in these 1v1 battles.

I believe they had this during Beta......duelling I believe it was called......but what would be better is variable number pvp........1v1 1v2 2v2 etc

Hell, why stop at a BO death? The option to enable ship loss even, with the entire compliment of consoles/cargo dropped upon defeat. High risk for high reward.
