I saw that a few years ago. I was working for NATO and my frnech coworker showed it to me. I think he really wanted to see if I was going to believe it was for real, because he kept asking if I wanted to order one. (claiming he'd help me with the french if I did). I told him if they were so great he should order it and then show me at work. We could plug it in there and have some wine at lunch. He kinda chuckled and then I said "You don't really think I believe that, do you? Really? Really, you think I would fall for that?"

For Christmas he gave me a big ol' bottle of french wine.
