Is it still showing up for you? I did a couple missions with my captain and it seems to be back to the way it was before...

Haven't seen it recently, assume they stealth fixed it but without documentation I expect it might find its way into one of the upcoming patches again, but thanks for the fix Cryptic, and to those who posted here and kept this thread going.
