***Resolved Issues***
"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
When in Defend missions, and get a wild hair disconnect from server for no apparent reason, I immediately log back in, to find myself not still in the Defend mission with 5/9 kills, but booted back into Sector space and my mission progress vaporized, and the Enemy Contact is nowhere around me so even if I knew which instance I was in, I'm not near an Enemy Contact to try...
... if you get the boot from an instance, and relog in, you should relog in back into the instance you were in when you got the boot, not Sector Space...
