you are an idiot... of course he has an active account... because cryptic is charging him. the problem is that he doesn't WANT an active account, and i'm going to go out on a limb here, and suggest that he went into his account settings and hit "cancel" ... only they never stopped billing him. it's just a guess... but thank you captain obvious for reiterating what the guy just said.
