***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher

I tried the controls last evening, and they work fine on my system... You may be suffering from this reported Bug Issue... (see http://forums.startrekonline.com/sho...d.php?t=145804) and you may need to issue a support ticket to get your configuration fixed...

dont think this is it... their powers work, i just cant set rally points...

This issue isn't about the powers, it's about the interface (such as the set rally point icon) not working, and having this persist over multiple scenes and missions...
