I was trying for the first time a ground mission with my klingon and qhen i tried to activate the auto-fire the menu accepted it but... nothing happened. No auto-fire. I know auto-fire on ground works because i've tried it with mi fed character so... bugged?

i know that klingons don't go to ground missions, but... can someone try if it works?

You can activate again now on the keys menu. The option is at the bottom, hidden. There're several options, mantein , only auto until change of target or auto with change of target until end of combat.

Works with my fed but not with my klingon warrior
