Forgot the name of the quest but its the one where you go to Empok Nor to stop the true way.

Anyway im inside the space station (the Cut The Ties section), and all of the enemies are tagged as friendlies. And this causes me to target and attack my away team. Has anyone had an issue with this?

The one with the gas?
The gas is a confuse so it will show enemies as friendlies and friendlies as enemies at random. (nearly killed a teammate that way :p)
You need to activate the ventilation system using a console inside the rooms where the gas is. After a few secs it will clear up and you can mow down the enemies as usual.

Chat had a lil panic attack when doing it for the first time... Don't ever let your Boffs handle anything remotely similar to a WMD when they are confusing and might hit you...
