System 8376-Iota whose objective is "enemy counter" did not have any enemies in the area after thorough search.
System Beta Eridani 3919-X: Dialogue with Starfleet Admiral contains huge typo mistakes. It looks to be programming language that slipped through the cracks.
Tactical Initiative: For some reason, this periodically does not reset the cooldown of all my abilities as intended.
The B'lii system and System Alpha 111 have extremely low framerates throughout the mission.
