it's gotten better with the fix that was made about a week ago... but if I press four-five powers in quick succession, there's always one that refuses to activate (usually - but not always - Tactical Team).
Other games have solved this with a GCD of 1-1.5 seconds... together with a proper graphical indication of said GCD.
oh, that's another problem with this game... even if a power or weapon is on cooldown, or if your target is out of range, I can still click it and the game will try to use the power/weapon. it'll cycle, cause an error noise, and refresh/reset the cooldown.
Which causes needless traffic between the client and server.
basically: "are we there yet? are we there yet? are we there yet? are we there yet?" ...
it's especially annoying if you use a weapon when there's a second or less left on the cooldown.

Are you telling me that when you use a skill which is not off cd, the decision that it is not used is made server side?
