Cryptic recently release the result of the survey and it seemed rather clear that with 59% of people saying Space Combat was their favorite aspect of STO that maybe Cryptic should focus on some purely Space based Raids. The first two raids, Infected and The Cure, both have heavy ground combat and very little space combat.

Since it seems that space combat is what most people really like about STO it would be nice to see some raids that are mostly space with a Space Boss at the end for purple space drops.

The Cure is space->ground->space

I heard the end of The Cure was with a bunch of generators that you have to active before progress bar runs out much like in Infected.

This is correct... it's just that no one has gotten past the ground portion yet to tell you about it

Even if that isn't the end it would still be nice to see a raid with NO Ground combat. I have several friends who don't like ground combat at all and won't do the Raids cause of it. And given how low ground combat scored in the survey I don't think they are the only ones. It would be nice not have some pure space raids I could run with them.

+1, I would like to see this become a feature.



And to satisfy the ground crowd, make some ground-only STFs too.

Fox Hunt was a very fun space side mission, from the new Retake DS9 Fleet Action. You will definately want a full group to take on those Dreadnaughts, they are waaay tougher than any borg ships.

Very fun Space stuff.

I actually like the ground missions and would like to see more.
