Grab a glass of Romulan Ale and share your gloriously inept STO moments with the rest of your fellow players….

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~
After getting a little tired of battling Fed players in my Klingon Bird of Prey in PvP I decided to take a brief vacation and switch to the Fed side of PvP. Yesterday I switched back to Klingon to fly wing with a friend and during the first two PvP encounters with Fed players I couldn’t for the life of me figure out why Fed players were leaving my BoP in a ball of flame and space dust in mere seconds.
What had happened? New patch? Nerfed Klingons? Secret new Fed super weapon?
During my third PvP encounter I finally realized my fingers and brain were still on “Fed PvP auto-pilot mode” and I was pressing the Klingon cloak button in the midst of battle when I thought I was pressing something else. D’oh!
It kind of reminds me of the very first day I played Starfleet Command and noticed the Self Destruct button…of course I had to press it.
I once flew as deep into Cardassian space as I could in my T2 sci vessel and picked on a bug-ship.
Three torpedoes later I was running like heck for the Federation border licking my wounds and my busted pride.
I accidentally re-joined Zone Chat for a few minutes.
I've gotten so frustrated in PVP that I've shut my game off halfway through. I think thats about as stupid/immature as you can get. If I'm wrong I'll be happy to be corrected.
I went through an entire mission wondering why on earth I was having such a tough time killing anything, it was brutal.
Next mission I finally glanced down and realized my power levels were on the move preset. *epic sigh*
I said hello to a Ferengi once, he still won't leave >.>
I played on Risa in my duty uniform all day once, ended up with heat stroke.
I guess full-impulse into a crowd of 4 +21 Neg'vars (plus attendant escorts) is kinda mundane...
