"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Slow patching in the launcher
A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message
Seriously though how could you guys not expect the carrier bug to be fixed? Carriers were so OP it was ridiculous. The cloaking change though seems to basically negate battle cloak vs tacs not so sure about that one. I would have much preferred to see a FBP nerf, but im sure thats around the corner, FvF is going to be FBP city.
I didn't find the carrier thing being much of an issue other than for targeting. (before someone says, well you haven't faced 2+ doing it before) YES I HAVE
FBP - easily countered in many ways, mainly STOP SHOOTING, but yea, I'm sure it'll get nerfed, cus that concept escapes ppl as well what is being done to make FBP so deadly. (I laugh when FBP is used vs my cruiser/escort/sv actually)
Cloak - above and beyond "hate the player" towards 1 faction

Just kidding.
Honestly, I wish more people would. Brain = more than some squishy thing to keep the draft down between the ears...

I dont know what to say really. We have fought and fought, yet it has gotten us nowhere.
Sure it did... a lot of klingons are looking at other games to play...
I find it very odd, how Cryptic wanted to appease the Klingon players, or players who wanted to be Klingons, but lack of content / forced pvp dissuaded them, and then do this.
It's like giving them a sugar cube, only to smash them in the nads, and expect them to be thankful.
Well, you seem to wanna be a Romulan, see how ya like it when they make that playable, and you get the same treatment. Truly, the whole, " It doesn't affect me, why should I care? " or " It benefits me but hurts the other guy " crap has got to GO!
I would be glad if I could play a Romulan, and upset if they were the same skeleton faction as the Klingons are now. I would not be crying murder if the romulans where too powerful in pvp at some aspects and were nerfed because of that.
From playing both Federation and Klingon Empire, I can safely say Klingons have the advantage in T5 PvP, mainly due to the carrier npc swarm and the crowd control options for Bird of Preys.

Why do Klingons have cloak other than it being canon?
They give up 1x bridge officer for it on ALL ships
Battle cloak yields slower weapon slot progression
Raptors and BoP are also -debuff, -buff, -hull, so that means any debuffs they use are lower, and buffs they use are lower, and it's easier to kill them.
So, where is the true advantage?
If you cannot see the advantage of cloak then I suggest you play a Federation character and fight a good Klingon premade. Andhonestly, 1 ability on tactical captains that prevents 1 ship from battlecloaking or running away + cloaking hardly makes cloak invalid.

There is none other dictation of the battle engagement time and place, and somewhat an escape.
If they didn't have this, Fed would be able to faceroll Klingons. Why do you think BO skills in Holodeck that show cloaked ships or disable the cloak are so powerful for Fed? ... I'll stop kicking the dead horse now... if people just opened their eyes and looked things, from other than their own narrow view, we'd be better off.
Dication of of time and place is one of the key important things in any battle, be it historical, contemporary or imaginative.

I wanted to be Romulans myself... but that's neither here nor there... sadly
If they were obviously more powerful, I would agree, but it's tactics, skill, and experience, as well as teamwork that's winning 90% of matches.

I've said this many times before, maybe should state it again....
RA5x2, C6 all Fed toons, and I PvP with them. My Klingon is on Tribble, I redid my old one to my C6, cus of the lack of KDF content. What I'm saying is, stacking the deck vs an already abundant cache of cloak detection/cancel is getting out of hand. I'm not saying it makes it invalid, I'm saying it's getting freakin old.
There are over 11 BO/Capt skills alone, that can do this already. Why do we need another constant 360, 10km one? Tac/Escort can't kill a BoP before the 16sec cd is over? HIS PROB, learn to counter w/ other ways than PEW PEW PEW wash/rinse/repeat....
I REFUSE to suffer and bow down to someone's lack of ability, thought, or skill, especially when it's trying to be forced upon me, just to cater to some twit, whom only wants more buffs for them, and more nerfs for other guys. NO NO NO.. I've had enough over years of PvP in MMO's.
BTW, I know full well the potential of cloak, battle cloak, premades. It's not a new concept for me. Matter of fact, I was actually upset that space combat wasn't 360 degrees and 3D. (it negated a lot of moves, that helped make faster ships more of a threat, as well as negated the defensive abilities due to movement/turn/climb speeds)

I'm versed in military thinking, so again, it's nothing new. However, as has been proven in history, just being able to state when/where a battle takes place, doesn't mean you won. Alexander proved that definitively, as have other generals/leaders. It takes a host of things to be present before battle, happen during battle, and what is learned afterwards from the battle as a whole.
So.. if you want some proof to the pudding here ya go..
Questions to ask as a Klingon before battle..
1. What race?
2. What skill traits?
3. What profession? (for lack of better term to discern tac/sci/eng)
4. What ship?
5. What loadout? (weap/dish/con)
6. What officer skills?
7. How do I want to approach combat?
8. How will I do dmg?
9. How will I survive return fire?
10. Does all this mesh w/ tactics?
11. Do I have counters for X, Y, Z?
12. Am I doing a pre-made / pug?
13. Can I expect support?
14. What tactics are a unit are we using?
Must I go into depth, or do ya get the idea, that I know what I'm talkin about?
Do I even envision battles in my head, to perceive possible outcomes, counters, or approaches to a situation? Yes. You have to, if you want to always try to get better.
Can someone like, post the effects of that ability? Like, how exactly does it effect cloak--is it a targeting debuff of a single ship, a boost to the tactical officer's perception, or what? What's the cooldown? Has anyone been hit by on on the test server to gauge its effects?
Ridiculously overblown issue as I'm understanding it. The new stealth debuff does not prevent you from cloaking, it only makes detection easier, and going by the numbers I saw its half as effective as the sensor scan debuff, AND, this is the big and, you are already revealed before this debuff can even be applied.
Therefore its only a potential issue to BOPs who just have to retreat further to battle cloak, and whose previous foes were only science ships and science captains. Everyone else can cloak like normal, but may get seen earlier if the debuff is still running. Tactical team will remove the debuff. It affects nothing whatsoever if you never recloak, and does not do anything to reveal you before your initial attack.
The carrier thing is a known bug/exploit fix! Everyone should have known this was coming for a while now. If carriers suck, then now that the exploit is gone, you can get some actual "real world" testing done to see what needs to be improved rather than everyone skewing the results because they exploit a bug.
Don't know what your on about with the "abundant decloaking thing", sensor scan needs like everything you have in equipment and maxed skills to do well, and by well I mean, "ooh I used it at the right time to spot the klingon just out of wpns range/just coming into optimal", not that awesome really.
I'd be with you if FoMM stopped cloak but apparently it doesn't.
"Oh noes, my EPS been nerfed!" - You now have to balence your playstyle with your choice with your engineering
consoles. 2 EPS consoles are more than enough to maintain the following:
Assault Cruiser: 3 Beam Arrays, 3 Turrets, Rapid Fire/Beam Overload
T5 Escort/Raptor: 1 Dual Beam Bank, 2 Dual Heavy Cannons, 2 Turrets, 1 Beam Array, Rapid Fire/Beam Overload spam
T5 Bird of Prey: 1 Dual Cannon/Dual Beam Bank, 2 Dual Heavy Cannons, 2 Turrets, Rapid Fire/Beam Overload spam
T5 Battlecruiser: Every possible weapon loadout
That's everything I've tested and still testing on Tribble. You just have to be smarter about when you drop out of Full Impulse.
"Oh noes, my cannons been nerfed!" - The power drain needed to be adjusted because it's broken on Holodeck. Currently, all cannons drain 5. On Tribble, Cannons, Dual Cannons, and Turrets drain 8, Dual Heavy Cannons drain 12, this brings them in line with all beams since they drain 10.
"Oh noes, my turrets been nerfed!" - Power drain is now 8, up from 6 on Holodeck. Considering the arc and Rapid Fire, this is fine. The drain is not nearly as bad as people say it is.
"Oh noes, my cloak been nerfed!" - Fire on my Mark provides a slight debuff to stealth, IT DOES NOT DISABLE CLOAK. THE ONLY WAY TO DISABLE CLOAK IS TO COMPLETELY DRAIN AUXILIARY POWER, COMPLETELY DRAIN. You can cure it with Tactical Team if you don't mind your other Teams being on cooldown. Cloak and Battle Cloak now carry a slight penalty to defense, this is to keep Birds of Prey in line with the new speed-based defense mechanics. Yes, now people will have a slight advantage if they ambush a cloaked ship that isn't moving. It's no different than the advantage a cloaked ship has with its ambush.
I have no comment regarding Carriers. I have always regarded them an easy target on my Starfleet character as long as the swarm doesn't get me and I do not use them on my KDF character.
What we need is less of this "OH NOES THE SKY IS FALLING" and more science. As in testing. We need more people on Tribble, KDF and Starfleet to test EVERYTHING. More people to provide feedback on EVERYTHING. There are no PvP matches at all, FvF, FvK, KvK, everything. There is a new ground map and I have seen ZERO feedback on it. There have been some changes to ground PvP and I have seen ZERO feedback on it. There is KDF PvE Genesis content that needs to be tested, just stuff like "This hole is too steep for my Bridge Officers to get out of" or "This objective spawned under the map", it's that easy.
