***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

Yea, none of the solutions here are working for me, tried em and the two other clients at my place still try to download the whole patch again, or in 1 instance, tried to download an 11 gig file.

I want to know if there is a location where we can download the patch files independently. My client keeps resetting the patching process after about 13% this has been happening all night as i left the patching process to complete overnight...it has simply been resetting over and over again and seriously wasting my quota.
