I'm not really up on fashion - but the color of that suit was beyond ugly. Also, you really need to be Jeri Ryan-esque to pull off that thing to begin with...

Sorry, my mind wandered for a moment...

She looked much better - as someone mentioned earlier - when they put her in uniform.

agreed. She looks much better in Voyager when she starts wearing actual star fleet uniform....

Her popularity really depended on the body suits...

She's not ugly...she's actually rather attractive from a certain point of view....

I don't count myself as a Troi-Boi......but I was never opposed to the fact she was a full figured woman...The skin tight body suits revealing a bit too much didn't hurt either.

I'm in really into troi myself...

the following women from each series are WIN

TOS- Uhura (epic hawtness)
TNG- Selar (vulcan chick that was only in one epsiode. Played by the girl who played worfs mate.)
Ds9- Jadzia
Voyager- Borg queen
Ent- T-pal

Probably.. some of the hate might be from the fact that she's older than the run-of-the-mill eyecandy that gets on TV these days. Granted, she wasnt *that* old when TNG started, but.. that was 20 years ago..

Truth be told, any guy would do Troi, its just a question of lights on or off.
