I think what he's trying to say is that he'd play the PvP portion of ST:O for free because it "socks it" to him. Also, he seems to be encouraging the development team to hire intellectually challenged people in an effort to promote tolerance and diversity (an effort I applaud). Lastly, he seems to be asking where the fun part is, though I believe that's a typo. I think he meant "where's the fun park?" That, my good sir, is on Risa.
