A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
The first is my Torps not firing, eith as a result of hy or normal single shots. the only way to reactivate them i have found is to die and respawn.
The other is my toolbar graying out, almost like being hit with VM only all skills fail, inc sci teams, weapons cease to fire tho i can still fly. As far as i can tell this is not simply a sub beam failing to show the correct animation, tho i cannot be 100% sure, but i show no debuff effects at all and it normally only lasts 4 or 5 seconds.
