Respec'ed my science officer and put 9 points into Haz Emitters to train Haz Em III.

I've tried to train my BO 3-4 times now and each time the text appears saying she's trained in Haz Em III but it won't load onto her skills tab (replacing old BO skill).

I've lost the merits and even attemepted logging out and back in to train but to no avail.

Please advise?

Here's text...(not saying "finished training" if it was successful)

has started training Hazard Emitters III.

has stopped training Hazard Emitters III.

I've trained a few other officers in other skills from the power store, but this officer cannot be trained from the power store either.
