I dont believe he said the tri corder doesnt work, he just said you cant press V, but if you hit the button like most feds do....(by the mini map) it should show up just like someone said in the previous post.

The V button is the same as hitting the minimap button.

What he is saying is that in away missions the tricorders only scan for objects you can interact with. Since the Klingon missions have only destructible objects, the tricorders are basically useless.

I gotta say, it didnt take too long at all in the queues, whcih was nice, and its good to know that on the fed side, you cant really complete anything mission wise unless its against us Klingons, which is also a good thing, so much for all the chicken littles and their sky is falling routines.

I like this new patch too. Love the new klingon ship skins, and the Klingon voice saying we are attack sound cool . This patch is a good step forward

Might not help on all maps, but every ground map I have played klingon side so far you can see somewhat of a path on the minimap. If you follow it you should just naturally come across all the objectives; destructible or otherwise.

Yeah.. i spent 30-45 minutes, just running around a barren lifeless map, looking for something that looks like all the plants on the planet. How is that a good thing?

i thought of that, i tried following all the paths and everything. The final item was stuck right against the side of a cliff so maybe thats why i missed it.
Again i'm still grateful that we can even beam down.

Scanning quirks aside, I'm delighted by the PVE missions. It feels like it's finally worth playing my Orion now. Now all we need are episodes and we're set.

So does that mean you are working on a fix or are we just SOL have to continue to either drop these missions or take an hour or so to do grid searches?

God, I really hope you guys are looking into a fix for this.
