From the novel Doctor's Orders

McCoy left in command of the Enterprise and Kirk goes missing in the process. Bones is unable to hand off command to Spock.......and eventually lies to the Klingons telling them he killed Kirk when they ask where he is at.

This scene has been, and will always be, my favorite.

Mine is also from the battle in the Mutara Nebula, but a little later.

The Enterprise rising up behind the Reliant gives me goose bumps every single time.

4:00 in this clip.

Spock's death in "Wrath of Khan." I think it is one of the best executed dramatic scenes in all of Star Trek and it still makes me a little teary... no , I just have allergies *sniff*

In the Search for Spock he destroys the Enterprise and asks, "What have I done?" Watching the Enterprise enter the atmosphere made me understand that heroes do not win all the time.

My favorite moment would be when it went online and allowed me to explore the universe for myself.

In terms of the series' and movies my favorite moment would be Picards speech in "The Measure of a Man" when he pwns Commander Maddox.
