As someone who thinks it's pointless to cook just for myself in most cases. I'd just order a pizza, hit a Subway, or something instead of resorting to a TV dinner.

That sounds nice, Senshi! I'd skip the seasoning salt though. I find the bulk of it tends to be salt. However, LaGrille has a nice veggie seasoning that you can get without salt and it smells heavenly and adds a very nice flavor.
The butter sauce oozing almost french like i nits decadence.. waited patiently for the olive oil
to join it basking the pan contents..
acquiring flavours.. and textures..
as deglazign brought up more brown bits
the large spoon gathering it coating the pan goodies.. with lardon drippings..
while jealous bechamel sat in idle neglect
Grab a can of cheese whiz.. Ritz ripe olives feta.. evoo shake some mixed Italian seasoning in the mayo.. dash of lemon toast bread making crostini... oil rub w garlic tomato
lather on tuna top w Ritz and cheez whiz.. and anchovy olive periscope..
baby spinach leaf
side of limoncello
you could also bread the tuna grill it with a maple lemon glaze... cracked pepper red peppers paprika
