Unreal engine, Ah! She's making a 10Forward themed MMO. A mixup of Warhammer, Halo, Dr Who, Evangelion, Gundam, Endless Odyssey, and animal planet with galatic conquest type territories.

i started doing the same thing with the game engine from fallout 3 a while back, but i got distracted with snoopy and decided to hunt the red baron instead >.>;
i get distracted just so easily T~T

i actually lost it when my computer crashed T~T . i can sned you some custome missions for battlefield 1942, or silent hunter 5 if you like though? though the bf 1942 is unfinished coz i can't quiet figure out a few things

my favorite bf1942 map i made is a HUGE sea battle the map is as big as it can go, and it's all water, as deep as it can go too
it's got 2 aircraft carriers (per side) and their escorts, which consist of 3 battle ships, 4 destroyers, 4 crusiers, 1-2 subs? (i think? can't remember how many subs) and if i remember 8 PT boats

and they are, starting position, layed out in an almost escort/protection pattern, (so the cruisers on the outer ring, then the destroyers, and the battle ships, with the pt boats and the carriers in the middle, the subs are off to either side of the carriers, since they're not really part of the "defencsive ring" so i just put them in a spot that looks good.
the aircraft carriers i also modded aswell =D, instead of spawning the 2 crappy bombers you normally get, i alligned 4 planes 2 torpedo planes, 1 fighter and 1 bomber (though technicly the fighers are bombers aswell, since they carry a bomb) and they all sit behind the super structure on a 45 degree angle facing the deck (so they can pull out and take off in a more authenic fashion)
there is no flag capture points, you just have your ships to spawn on, and NONE of the ships are respawnable, meaning it blows up, it's gone for the game! period!
the planes respawn though =D but they have a long respawn time...
also, they way i set it up saddly, they're not "attachted" to the carrier =/, (this i can't figure out how to do )
essentially they spawn just about the ship and gravity drops them onto the ship, where they stay... unless the ship moves,then the movement interacts on them =/ so if you turn the ship too hard the planes go in the water >.>, and they don't "respawn" on the ship of you move it D:, but apart from that it's an awesome map

the goal of course is to blow up all of the enemys other ships (thus cutting off their respawns) so you don't win from making your enemy lose all their tickets, you win by preventing your enemy from spawning =D

it's fun =3, i just wish i could figure out how to get the planes to spawn correctly D:

oh and of course the game works best with a **** load of people all working together as a team ( like having a plane/sub do long range spotting for the battleships while the destroyers do sub hunting and the cruisers do defence against aircraft and smaller ships, the friendly aircraft launching and returning to the carriers to refuel/rearm and then heading back out to attack the enemy again....

BF1942 was soooo much fun for its sea battles.

I was extremely disappointed its successors had no controllable ships.

PS: Yamato-class > all

And don't forget submarines. The Battleship Shinano, intended as the 3rd Yamato-class was rebuilt as an aircraft carrier with a battleship hull, but was sunk by a lone US submarine.
