I keep getting this error and I have not been able to get past character selection. I can't seem to find any real technical support. Help

I'm having the same issue, although it seems to be tied to the character creation process. I have no problem logging on to my main toon, however, creating a new toon and attempted to launch the game results in this:

Fatal Error: Error decompressing data. Verifying Files in the launcher may fix this issue.
