Advancing "Starship Deflectors" skill from Level 2 to Level 3 reduces the "Subnucleonic Beam III"'s duration instead of increasing it.

At level 1, it started at something like 8.8 seconds.
At level 2, it increased to 9.1s.
At level 3, it decreased to 5.3s.

Did anyone else notice this or am I imagining it?

I know the exact numbers might depend on other factors too, but the issue here is the decrease.
I submitted a Bug Report about it but don't expect to get a reply (all my other tickets got automated replies).

Oh embarrasement !

The reason why it appeared so low was because I had my power allocation maximized for Shield defense.
As soon as I reset the power allocation to Balanced, it went up to 9.5.
My bad.
