I appreciate the fact that the guitarist you presented actually changes his dynamics throughout the piece instead of keeping it at a consistent volume level.

It doesn't sound weird to me persay, but the guitar changes the sound and gives it more of a rock and roll edge, which feels more staccato than the orchestral instruments which have an easier time of lengthening the notes.

Find me a banjo or a bagpipe doing this and I'll be super impressed lol.
