(This is why it's nice that the Cryptic games don't use the time spent type veteran rewards, because if something that happens with the account servers or whatnot, there's no one worried about how much time was lost while trying to resubscribe.)

I cancelled my sub but I still get charged, great. I can't even leave STO now!?!

My CC statement said Champions Online. I dont play CO I had an STO account. Its cancelled now and I better not see any other charges.

so - it's a bug then that i haven't been credited for my "30-day free" time? i signed up 2 weeks ago and i still have not seen any free play time. how does that work?

A subscription is required to get the 30 days time. as itis a subscription bonus.

you enter your retail key
select a subscription option
enter a payment method for the subscription options (credit card. gamecard time or paypal) after the method is validated then the game will be active and you get the 30day bonus. you will not be charged for the subscription on credit card or paypal payments until after the 30 days are used up. on gamecard the 30 days are added to the gametime card time.

intermittent? try it wont take my card or paypal its just plain broken
