Not much we can do here.
Personally I have had no beef (Mooo!) with any of the mods.

On a less serious note:
Beware of the Chat and Capulet.

Serious thread......serious thread.....SERIOUS THREAD?!?!?!!??

Well, the mods aren't perfect. As far as what I can see their error comes from a lack of foresight usually not from an ardent desire to aggravate the entire world.

You really shouldn't be talking about moderation issues on the forums, i'm pretty sure they close threads for that.

Besides, this is ten forward... where tribbles and klingons make sweet sweet love down by the fire!!

Pics or it didn't happen!

But seriously, maybe this isn't quite the forum for this thread. Despite our insanity and violence, we tend to turn viciously on any thread that has even the slightest hint of seriousness or anger.

When dealing with such a large and diverse group of people there has to be a form of detachment. It is not a callous attitude but one that is strictly business. You cannot fall into the "touchy" I have feelings mode. Each and every player must be treated as the same as the next. In this business model such a diverse customer base, from age to background, must command an attitude of "strictly business". I think they do make a good attempt at doing their job fairly and impartially.
