When dealing with such a large and diverse group of people there has to be a form of detachment. It is not a callous attitude but one that is strictly business. You cannot fall into the "touchy" I have feelings mode. Each and every player must be treated as the same as the next. In this business model such a diverse customer base, from age to background, must command an attitude of "strictly business". I think they do make a good attempt at doing their job fairly and impartially.
