For me, I'd go with what I consider the prequel to that movie as my favorite: Becket.

I mean, come on, Richard Burton and Peter O'Toole (O'Toole played Henry II in both movies.) Though Katherine Hepburn made a much better Eleanor of Aquitaine, not to mention the actors that played the two of the three sons...A future King Arthur and Hannibal Lechter.
