Something more to happen today. I was asked again to submit more detailed information as to the specific time the issue started, so I did the best I could. Now it's back to the waiting game. By the time it's solved, my second captain will probably be a Rear Admiral also.
I'm not motivated enough to level much without my main. I just sorta play when my friend needs help now.
"Good news! We have been able to resolve this issue for further players internally and are working on a way to fix your characters now. The fix may not go live until our next big update (as in the Season 1.1 patch) but that will be sooner rather then later. We appreciate your patience while we resolved this issue. We will update you again when we have more information. "
