I am Admiral Alexraptor posting on behalf of the largest, purest Trek fleet in existence: The [UFP]. I have been with this fleet since its founding and risen through the ranks, as such I have seen this fleet for all that it is. I am extremely proud to represent it.
- Background -
The [UFP] was formed from the merger of two great fleets, Federation Command [FC] and the Federation [FEDS].
Our fleet's mandate, if I quote our website, is to adhere to the "...precepts of fair game play and equal opportunity...". Every prospective officer has the opportunity to reach their potential, to learn new skills and to form friendships that may even reach beyond the internet.
- Gaming -
[UFP] prides itself on supporting strictly Star Trek gaming, currently we support these titles with an active fleet structure.
Star Trek Online
Star Trek: Bridge Commander (With the Kobayashi Maru 1.0 modification)
Star Trek: Armada II (Stock or 1.2.5 for Vista users)
Star Trek: Starfleet Command III (534b)
Star Trek Legacy (PC & Xbox 360)
Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force I & II
[UFP] runs frequent competitions and tournaments, staying active within the Trek community, with a reputation for being professional, adept Star Trek gamers. But most of all, in [UFP], there is fun to be had.
- The Fleet -
[UFP] is governed by the Council of Admirals, with between them almost thirty years of experience in the Star Trek community, veterans with the experience to keep [UFP] running smoothly. The officer corps of the fleet are some of the most interesting and friendly people you will ever encounter, with a real passion for Trek gaming.
Starfleet is comprised of five fleets, each with their own squadrons for their corresponding games.
Operations, are the departments of the fleet. If IP technologies are your fancy, Security is for you. If you cannot go a day without firing up Photoshop, Engineering is always on the look out for talent. If you want to be a part of shaping future officers, then the Academy might just be your ideal duty.
Whatever your passion, [UFP] can accommodate it. If all you want is to relax with a genuine, friendly bunch of folks. Then we aim to please.
- Communications -
[UFP]'s forums are friendly, lively and full of likeminded people. All are welcome be it for foreign relations, to sign up or just for a social call. Click here to see more.
[UFP] also operates a Ventrilo server, why not stop by?

[UFP] continues to stand as an example of how a structured fleet with an engaging community, can thrive in a trying time for Star Trek gaming.
But don't just take my word for it...

I'm Starfleet Rear Admiral Church, the Commanding Officer of [UFP]'s Star Trek Online division. To anyone just now seeing this thread, I encourage you all to visit our forums and talk to us in game. I, personally, would be glad to talk to anyone about the forums. My handle is @ElkinFencer10.
We have both an Klingon and a Federation in game fleet and well-stocked fleet banks for both. Our members are always eager to help anyone in need of assistance on a mission or in battle. We have a well organized military structure without having stifling military demands and grouchy commanders.
Feel free to message me on here or e-mail me if you have any concerns or questions (StephenDeck2010@gmail.com). We strive to do whatever we can to make all prospective members feel welcome. Also, one who joins the in-game fleet is not required to join the rest of the fleet (referring to the fleet forums) if one would prefer not to.
I encourage everyone who is not already a member of a fleet or who may desire finding a new fleet to call home to visit our forums or talk to one of our officers in game. http://forums.ufpfleet.org

Everyone, we've been working to keep our KDF fleet bank stocked; I've been collecting items on not only my KDF character but both my Fed characters and shipping them over the my Klingon, so we've got a well stocked bank; perfect for anyone who plans to try out the Klingon faction once we get episodes next months. We welcome any Klingon players, new or old, to join us, and we're ready to help you get started with equipment, training, and any aid you might need if you get into a tough situation on a mission. [UFP]'s KDF fleet stands ready to assist any of our members who need help.
We all know how leveling up on the Klingon side can be tedious. Teaming up with the same people all the time will help get you through the explorer missions and fleet actions faster than doing it alone or teaming up with strangers.
We use Ventrilo and have the ability to bring in more Klingon players on quick notice to deal with any of the PvE and PvP scenarios that you may find yourself in. Our fleet bank is well stocked. We are gearing up for a Klingon side Infected, Cure, and Khitomer run in the next few weeks so now is the time to join our fleet and get active for the Klingon Empire.
For anyone that is looking to team up Iím on daily (EST GMT -5).
We have a new Ventrilo server with more capacity now to allow more people than ever to talk while playing STO. No more typing, no more missed communication, no worry if the STO chat server goes down.
We also have three (3) new members in the Squadron showing that we are growing. We had several players on the Klingon side this weekend conducting PvP and exploration missions in groups of two (2) to four (4) players. Almost all game play was at advanced difficulty level or higher giving our members just a little extra experience and better loot that helped them level up faster than if they had played the game alone.
If you want your Klingon Character to be ready for the new level cap coming out in STO join us now. We will help you get you Klingon up to BG5 faster than you going at it alone.
Klingon fleet actions don't seem very popular, I've noticed. That puts a strain on players like me who love fleet actions. Good thing the squad system is out; [UFP] has plans to tackle Klingon fleet actions with this new feature. If you're been wanting more PvE action on your Klingon, but haven't been able to complete those fleet actions, now is the perfect time to join [UFP].
