I bought the game in beta and had some issues like I can't seem to go to the Sol system at all i always get permantly stuck going there it was beta oh well. Well it still happens and now when i try to open a ticket the website doesn't work oh well new site give it a few days, er week? er gotta be kinding me months!!!!!!!! Still stuck and still no help I am very DISATISFIED with the service and dumby me paid for a lifetime sub. Come on guys and gals get it together before you relsease it!!!
So besides ranting whats the specs of your computer and do you have the latest drivers for your graphics card. you say you cant enter sol huh. post another ticket and post in the error function area you cant enter sol. dont rant but show true aspects of the games problem, then you can get some help in your game play
