I just bought two Blue ones for my Klingon at Commander rank last night. They were 370k+ each. And they had green and white ones available too, green for slightly less at 320k+ each, and white for 170k+ each. There were plenty when I was searching for them. Are you sure you're searching for "EPS Flow Regulator"?

They still help quite a lot. I spent quite some time testing them out, sustained weapon power recharge was still better with them, than without.

Then the real question would be: how many needed for what DPS boost / turn-around of power vs. benefits of resistance consoles.

I found two worked best, with one +weapon power. At least in a Fleet Escort. Remember, its not just dps they help with. They still help with reducing wait times between combat.

For my escort and BoP, I use all cannons in the front, turrets in back. For my cruiser, two dual beam in front, rest all regular beams. If EPS still affects weapon power, I might have to use more than you if you run some projectiles.

Nope, same set up as you. It may be the BoP. I noticed each ship type has different power recovery baselines.

For example to have the same sustained weapon power recharge in my deep space sci ship, I need to slot 3. Yet in my rec. sci ship only 2.
