I got billed $13.62 for 1000 C-points. The normal price is $12.50. Where's my discount?

The discount is only for the items you purchased. The actual cost to get CP is not reduced.

The points aren't cheaper. The items in the C-Store cost fewer points.

You have to pay sales tax on your purchase. The extra $1.12 is the tax.
