According to the info in the C-Store it will have the cloaking device, the phaser lance cannon and also be the only cruiser capable of mounting dual cannons.

Heh, that'd be amusing, but I doubt it. The PvP but affected a lot more players than this will.

THis will be INTERESTING. A Cruiser = the manuverability of a Slug, mounting dual cannons?? That's going to make it a total "Stealth" weapon. Come in under cloak, " decloak, battery, eps, and fire", then escape to fight another day. The Klingons are gonna LOVE this baby.

I wonder - in C-store it says: NCC-1701-D cant be changed. Will all those Galaxy-X have the same registry and name?

It means that you can't change the costume. You'll be able to name it, add your own NCC number, change the bridge and the paint scheme but you won't be able to, say, add the Celestial Saucer or change the warp nacelles, it'll always look like a Galaxy Refit Class.
I have an alt engineering captain that all of the sudden has a icon where my weapons are that says
Dual disruptor heavy cannons. I put my mouse over it and it shows the weapons arc in front of the ship.
Its not something I put there as dual cannons can't be put on and Exploration cruiser. Has anyone have a clue as to if its an accolade or a bug. I don't have the ATG cruiser.. this is not that.

No idea, Cruisers shouldn't be able to equip cannons unless its a bug from them adding the AGT Enterprise. I think Cruisers can equip single cannon but not dual cannons, I might be mistaken.

thats true but this is something that is not a removable weapon its and icon with the BO powers right next to my beam arrays. I thought maybe someone else has had this happen. I can't remove it and I don't it works but it does light up when a target is in front of it. It's the strangest thing.
