I observed it by watching the Military Channel special, seemed to be the best way.
Still find it amusing that the German command still refused to believe despite the enormity of the invasion that D-day was the real one.

B/c of those brave souls we were 1 step closer to defeating Nazi Germany. Bless 'em all I say.
(I'm was in school , and I had about 99% of my research done so I decided to come on here and realized I pretty much forgot about D-Day yesterday and recalled it last min in a way
)
