***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

Shouldn't an issue like this be reported in Customer Service instead of in the New Network? Or on the main site's support link? Or even better, the same page you *enter* the keys on? This just seems so out of place. :/
