Then it's not fresh.

Our "fresh" tomato sauce was probably tomato paste frozen for six weeks, thawed, and mixed with herbs that have been sitting on a shelf for a year.

i went to a local family owned pizza shop and asked that once.... turns out they have a garden in the back where they grow some (but not all ) of thier engredients... the rest is from various farmers across pei, and having worked with local farmers they do deliveries atleast once a week to the grocery stores and local product places that need fresh veggies

Agreed.

Idon't know whether you do, UK readers, but *shock* *horror* Greggs the bakers just let al;l their products de-frost! even their pies! so hardly "made fresh everyday"....

Get the door, its Dominoes. Door being the flavor of the pizza. No self respecting New Yorker eats from a chain pizzeria or any place that dosen't end in a Italian vowel. Those being aayyyy eeeiii aahhh ooohhhh oooooo
